Desmond Tutu and the TRC
Desmond Tutu created the TRC, which was a way that people could get justice in non-violent ways. It helped people get justice for things that had been done to them, someone they knew, or for things they had done. People would cooperate and compromise together for justice.
International Artists
When apartheid began to come to the attention of the world, international song writers wrote songs that brought it to the attention of more people. They were important because they helped bring apartheid to the attention of others so that the anti-apartheid movement could gain more support.
